Below is some further information on what happens on the day and will help graduates attending to enjoy the day to the fullest;
8:00-9:30 Collection of cap and gown from Guild Hall
Guild Hall is down the road (5 minutes on foot) from the Hull City Hall.
Directions would be head down Alfred Gelder street past Marks and Spencers on your right, past the job centre (green front), over one road, straight to the end of the road (probably 400m metres) where there are traffic lights and then take a left. The Guild Hall is on the left hand side. Sometimes you can enter the building before the traffic lights.
9:30 Collection of tickets and finding your seat/s at Hull City Hall
10:30 Ceremony starts
12:00 Ceremony finishes and photos outside near statue and Ferens Art Gallery. Keep an eye out for Roberto from MDCI & Karen Whitehead from the Business School with professional photographer.
12:00-14:30 Celebratory reception – Mercure station hotel. If you can you can book if not please come along! You can bring your family and friends.
14:00-15:30 Potential campus tour – Please let Roberto know if you would like to see the campus
Return your cap and gown, pick up any photos Guild Hall
